istarph is strictly for adults aged 21 and above in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Minors are prohibited from registering or playing. Age verification is required before real-money play is permitted.
istarph operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. istarph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
The istarph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. istarph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on istarph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. istarph employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.
istarph reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending satisfactory verification. Verification documents must be valid, legible, and issued by a recognised Philippine government authority.
Section 03
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your istarph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. istarph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
You agree to notify istarph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. istarph reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your istarph account, whether or not you authorised it. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made through your account are your sole responsibility. istarph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. istarph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.
You may request closure of your istarph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. istarph may also close accounts at its discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified.

All transactions on the istarph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. istarph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
istarph currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
istarph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account verification status.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. istarph reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or regulatory compliance purposes. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any prior results, player behaviour, or external factors.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, istarph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. istarph is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions. The decision of istarph's technical team regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the istarph Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. istarph reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the maximum limit may be voided at istarph's discretion.

All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ₱15,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. istarph reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. istarph is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was awarded.
istarph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the istarph Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:
Any unauthorised use of istarph's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by istarph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, istarph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the istarph Platform, including but not limited to:
istarph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude istarph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Section 11
istarph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the istarph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
istarph complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and where you have consented, marketing communications.

Section 12
istarph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, istarph will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date, and where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.
Your continued use of the istarph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
istarph recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.
Section 13
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and istarph arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact istarph's customer support team to initiate this process.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, istarph is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players who are unsatisfied with istarph's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels. istarph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
